First and foremost safety is one of the best policy

It is one thing one should or cannot take for granted

Relearn or learn what first aid is

So that you can help people who are in need of medical help

To equip yourself with life-saving skills

And by doing so, you can be of great help

In the society, and in your family

Do it now, relearn or learn first aid.
